- Project Details: Information about your 3D printing, scanning, CAD design, or other fabrication needs, including uploaded files and specifications.
- Payment Information: Billing details required to process your payments (processed through third-party providers — see Section 8).
- Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and deliver our services.
- Respond to your inquiries and requests.
- Process transactions and send related communications.
- Store project files and collaborate with you and our contractors.
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience.

3. File Uploads and Confidentiality
Any files you upload for quotes, printing, scanning, or design work remain your property. We will not share your files outside of AmplifyAM and our trusted contractors without your permission, unless required by law.
File storage policy:
- Files stored on our website server are retained for up to 30 days.
- Once a project begins, files may be stored on secure third-party services such as Google Drive, iCloud Drive, or Dropbox for collaboration with our team and contractors, and will be retained for up to 90 days after project completion.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers & Contractors: Payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and fabrication partners who help operate our business.
- Legal & Safety: When required by law or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal and project-related information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. See Section 3 for file-specific retention timelines.
6. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to:

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive direct digital communications from AmplifyAM. If you opt into our newsletter, we may send periodic updates, promotions, and company news. You can opt out at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in our emails or emailing info@amplifyam.xyz. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
